Sickness

Sickness

If your child exhibits any signs of illness such as fever, vomiting, dizziness, pain, redness, or burning, the school management will inform the parents. Until you pick up your child, necessary first aid interventions recommended by you will be provided to help them feel more comfortable and better.

For the healthy progress of the educational process, it is important for our children to come to school healthy and stay home when they are ill.

At Binbir Çiçek Children's House and Montessori Preschool, our priority is to protect our children from serious illnesses and the risk of transmission to other classmates. The presence of such symptoms of illness will not only inevitably increase the risk of transmission and spread to other children but also hinder your child's active participation in the educational process throughout the day.

Therefore, please ensure that your child stays home if any of the following symptoms are observed:

  • - Chronic and severe runny nose (even if the nose is clear)
  • - Chronic and severe coughing
  • - Itchy/red eyes
  • - Fever
  • - Vomiting
  • - Diarrhea
  • - Lethargy (excessive tiredness)
  • - Rashes or skin irritations

If your child is currently taking medication:

  • - Especially in the first three doses of medication, we expect your child to stay at home.
  • - The time and dosage of all medications sent to school are written on them.

Accidents:

If your child experiences any accident during the day resulting in crying, bleeding, cuts, bruises, or swelling, the teacher will fill out an "Accident Report" and inform the parents. To raise awareness in the child who caused injury to another child, they are encouraged to provide first aid with the teacher to their friend.

Safety Rules:

After being handed over to their parents, our children must be under parental supervision in the garden or on the way to the school gate. Our children are trained not to engage in any games or behaviors (hitting, kicking, pushing, getting tangled in ropes, throwing stones, running with sticks, etc.) that may harm themselves or other friends.
