Communication with Teachers
Parents can reach our teachers every day by phone or by writing notes in the communication notebook. Notes written in the communication notebook or submitted to the school secretary are the only way to reach our teachers in the morning. The first task of each teacher is to make time in the morning to check the children's bags and read the notes. However, beyond all this and our annual parent meetings, if there are additional matters that require discussion, an additional meeting can be requested from the school management.
Observations
Family observations can be scheduled throughout the year as desired. Our classrooms are open for visits twice a year to avoid disrupting our children's uninterrupted work hours.
Parent Meetings
Our parent meetings are scheduled twice a year, once each term. During these meetings, parents can discuss any topics on their minds, and they are also informed by the school staff about their children's developmental progress throughout the year. These meetings can be scheduled more frequently if deemed necessary. When there is a request for a meeting on any topic, an appointment is immediately scheduled upon contacting the school management.
Parent Education Programs
Throughout the year, frequent parent education programs and seminars are organized to explain the philosophy of Montessori education to our parents, as well as to discuss parenting attitudes and other relevant topics. We would be delighted to hear your suggestions on topics you deem necessary for education and look forward to your participation in these meetings.
